• Access to comprehensive online resources (a collection of mp3 tracks for pregnancy and birth, eBook, practice videos, birth videos, pdf downloads, extra reading)
• Ongoing support from me, your hypnobirthing practitioner

12 hours of face to face group classes (2x 6 hour days over 2 weeks).

(Full private course) $850
12 hours of face to face private sessions (dates and times flexible).

 

Positive Caesarean Birth Course $395 4 hours of private tuition

If you are planning to have a caesarean birth for personal or medical reasons but would like to remain informed and empowered, this option is for you!

 

The positive birth program- half group/half online $500 (not currently offering)
This is a great option if you or your partner work away or just don’t have the time to attend group sessions. You can attend 6 hours of the group sessions and the rest online.

 

Hypnobirthing refresher course- 3hrs $330
This course is suited to those who have done the full online or face-to-face sessions before and need a refresher before the second or consequence birth.
